shutdown Cocoon..

Hya everybody,
just a stupid question... how should I shutdown Cocoon in the properly way? I mean, when I start it (win2000) it say to me in a windows to use the SHUTDOWN or CTRL-C but the second seems the "brutal solution"... the problem is that I don't know how to find any shutdown command..

Any suggestion

The message is output by the HSQLDB instance that is run by Cocoon and
not by Cocoon itself. If you are running Cocoon in Jetty, it's safe to
just hit Ctrl-C. If you are running under Tomcat, use the provided
"shutdown" script.
