3.1 rc2 status?

Hi All,

Is there a date for rc2 for Roller 3.1 in the works?

I've fixed all of the issues that I'm willing/able to fix and I'm just
about ready to create 3.1 RC2. Before I do, did I miss something
important? Here's the fix list:
