Is Xerces 1.2.0 internationalized.

Hi,

We use Xerces 1.2.0 as our XML parser. Since this is one of the very
earlier version of xerces, I need to know whether
it can be integrated with ICU. If so then where can I find instructions
for enabling ICU.

With version 1.5.1 of Xerces is it possible to parse a file containing
multiple XML documents, if so then is it possible to find the
exact byte offset within the file where the document ends within a file.
