Allow deployment of proxy publisher endpoints

The idea is to be able to deploy a subscription and expose at the same time an endpoint.  When an exchange is sent to this endpoint, it would be wrapped inside am notification and sent by the publisher subscription.
This would allow to completely hide ws-n (having raw notifications on the other side) .

A lightweight component acting as a proxy is now available, but we still need SU deployment for that
