files not completely downloading

i have been experiencing inconsistent downloads from the latest cvs (approx 
10pm AEST March 5, 2001 which is +11 GMT) 
It builds fine and Apache is reporting itself as Apache/2.0.14-dev (BeOS R5)

i have set up a test area and will try myself from a clients site tomorrow as 
well:

the 2.2mb file doesn't complete all the time. it is a valid file.
I have added some files above and below the 64K size which David Reid 
suggested.
