keepgnenerated

Hello,

I'm using build 3.1 on NT sp 6.  I've specified the following in my web.xml
file:

      <init-param>
          <param-name>
              keepgenerated
          </param-name>
          <param-value>
              true
          </param-value>
      </init-param>
      <init-param>
          <param-name>
               scratchdir
          </param-name>
          <param-value>
               generatedjava
          </param-value>
      </init-param>

In addition, I've made sure that the specified dir, generatedjava, exists
under my docbase dir.
Unfortunately, I've been unable to find any of the java files that are
supposed to be generated
during the translation phase.
