    [branch-1.2](status) add backend ip in status error msg (#17370)
    
    Return msg like:
    `ERROR 1105 (HY000): errCode = 2, detailMessage = (172.21.0.101)failed to init HDFSCommonBuilder, please check check be/conf/hdfs-site.xml`
    So that we can know where the error comes from.
    Only for branch-1.2-lts, master has done this
