Undo breakage of APR_CHECK_SIZEOF_EXTENDED when applied to pointer types
or types containing upper-case letters, introduced in r421074.

* build/apr_common.m4 (APR_CHECK_SIZEOF_EXTENDED): Resynchronize with
    upstream autoconf 2.59's AC_CHECK_SIZEOF, including reimporting correct
    transliterations, one of which was broken in r421074, and the other of
    which has been broken for many years, and was changed to a different
    broken form in r421074.
