Clearification on license files for bundled dependent libraries.

I'm looking for some some clarification on which libraries I need to to
bundle LICENSE files with in the jUDDI distribution.  Do I need to
include licenses for ASF projects?  What about standard java libraries
such as jaxrpc.jar or jce.jar (i.e. libs that typically begin with
java.* or javax.*) ?
