-xMD                          Generate makefile dependencies and compile at
once
-xMMD                         Generate makefile dependencies like -xMD, but
excluding standard headers
-xMF <file>                   Specify output <file> for makefile dependencies
dump
-xMerge                       Merge data segment into text segment
