[~magnum] The patch looks good. Assigned the Jira to you.
As per the config yarn.system-metrics-publisher.enabled description "The setting that controls whether yarn system metrics is published on the Timeline service or not by RM And NM.", it is for both RM and NM. But RM has ignored this config.
