### Description of PR
In JNStorage, sd.getCurrentDir() is used in 5~6 places,
It can be replaced with JNStorage#getCurrentDir(), which will be more concise.
Details: HDFS-16621
### How was this patch tested?
For testing, there is not much pressure.

Thanks @ayushtkn for the comment and reply.
I initially thought that the previous author created JNStorage#getCurrentDir() to replace sd.getCurrentDir(), so I made this suggestion.
I will remove JNStorage#getCurrentDir() and resubmit.
