   #What was meant to be done
   Have a microservice done in Juneau from inside the Spring Boot can be loaded.
   
   #What was done
   A new project, juneau-microservice-server-springboot, was created, where the main configurations are configured to be able to configure Spring along with Juneau.
   
   The juneau-examples-rest-springboot project has been changed to work with the new template.
