Rampart 1.4 Release candidates for Axis2 1.4 Release Candidates

Hi All,

Axis2 team is preparing for the 1.4 release and I'd like to propose that 
we release Rampart 1.4 as soon as Axis2 is released.

Also I think it will be great if we can get RCs of Rampart, to be tested 
with RCs of Axis2.

Nandana would you be able to carry out the duties of Rampart-1.4 release 
manager?

Yes, I am happy to do that. BTW, Axis2 released a RC on Sunday. So
shall we release a RC1 too, so that people can test both when they are
doing the testing.
