[Bug 45759] [PATCH] Internal PDF links from included SVG graphics

hello, 

I merge patch  https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=45759
<https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=45759>   with FOP 0.95.
It worked and I would like to do it for FOP 1.1 too.

But it seems that structure has changed, and I lost myself in it to find a
way to apply this patch.

Please, can you help me, give me some guidelines to include this patch in
FOP 1.1 ?
