Upgrade tests in tinderbox and daily regression tests

org.apache.derbyTesting.functionTests.tests.upgradeTests._Suite is now 
included in the tinderbox test (run as a separate test), see e.g.

It will also be included in the daily regression tests.



I saw one error running with 10.0:

10.0 is therefore currently NOT made available in

-DderbyTesting.oldReleasePath=/usr/local/share/java/derby/lib

which in my setup contain:

  hidden_10.0.2.1
