t5 html tag namespace

Hi

I need to output the html tag with some extra xml namespace, i.e.:

<html xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml">

Simply adding the namespace definition to the html tag in the template doesn't do the job, as it's lost during parsing.

Can you give me any hint how to achieve it?
