flink+iceberg/hudi 在大数据量下的表现如何？

对数据量千亿级别的大表，每小时进行亿级别的upsert操作，iceberg 能撑得住吗？hudi在这方面是不是更擅长一些？

还有一点，iceberg似乎不支持sql的upsert，只支持编程式的。
