[jira] Reopened: (INFRA-827) New mirror - please add

Phil Evans reopened INFRA-827:
------------------------------

I am sorry about this - the IP for the resolver I was using was changed and I was not notified, and so the rsyncs were failing - I have switched to a more reliable one now, and also have a system in place that alerts me if the rsync fails for any reason. It is however up to date now and will stay that way.

Thank you.
