[PATCH] AWT and Print bug fixes

A while ago I submitted some patches to fix some subtle (and some not so
subtle) bugs in the AWT and printing outputs. They fix some font sizing
problems and now allows fonts to be used when using the print option.

I am re-submitting them again in the hope of them being included in
0.18.
