Description:
In the SPIP: Standardize Exception Messages in Spark, there are three major improvements proposed:
# Group error messages in dedicated files: SPARK-33539
# Establish an error message guideline for developers SPARK-35140
# Improve error message quality
Based on the guideline, we can start improving the error messages in the dedicated files. To make auditing easy, we should use the [SparkThrowable|https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/core/src/main/java/org/apache/spark/SparkThrowable.java] framework; then, the error messages can be centralized in a [single JSON file|https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/core/src/main/resources/error/error-classes.json].
