    Description: Apache Tika 1.x and 2.x are EOL. We should update to the latest Tika 3.x version.  (was: Apache Tika 2.0 has been out for some time (2 years?).  We shouldp ugrade to the latest 2.x version. See also https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TIKA/Migrating+to+Tika+2.0.0 .)
