Testing OM 4.0.8 Snapshot 565

# Server:   Arch Linux -- OpenMeetings 4.0.8-565

# Client:   Safari (Mojave)(in LAN)

1)
Video with audio (uploaded or recording) it is played rightly
in WB.

The "Ask permission OK button" dialog it is showing when press
play button of a video with audio or mp3-wav in WB for first time
only.(any file with or of audio).

If i logout OM, login again, go to the same room than
before, drag a video with audio to WB and press play button,
then yes show the dialog "Ask permission OK button" again.

'Ve tested OM in other ways and don't find any issue.
