[Issue 128488] New: the Dimensioning dialog - wrong tab order
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=128488
Issue ID: 128488
Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: the Dimensioning dialog - wrong tab order
Product: General
Version: 4.1.11
Hardware: PC
OS: Windows 7
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: Trivial
Priority: P5 (lowest)
Component: ui
Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
Reporter: czeslaw.wolanski@gmail.com
Target Milestone: ---
Created attachment 87061

Screenshots (UI & Help)
Steps to reproduce:
1. In Draw/Impress insert a dimension line.
2. In the context menu of the dimension line, choose "Dimensions...".
3. The "Dimensioning" dialog:
Notice the order in which controls are shown in the "Legend" section.
Use the Tab key till you reach the "Text position" control
and continue pressing the Tab key.
The control labelled "Parallel to line" gains the focus _after_
the controls "Show meas. units" and the drop-down list.
I see no compelling reason for such an order (same problem occurs in
the "Dimensioning" tab for style "Dimension Line").
Moreover that’s a good example of bad UX.
The corresponding Help topic "Dimensioning" describes the controls
in an order that corresponds to the order they gain focus
in the "Dimensioning" dialog.
