+1 for merging this. Seems it was forgotten in 1.3.0 but included in 1.2.x. [~wendall911] are you ok with this? Any other packagers who'd like to test, patch is here https://github.com/dileepbapat/couchdb/commit/f90476074504058c81a6e73814266a5a0724fc55
