I had everything working, and now I just upgraded to 1.1.3. I deleted the .index files, and the directories that didnt have the repos in them. Everything appears to be fine, the website points to the correct spots, it is linked to the repositories. However, when I try to install something from another computer using maven, it cant get anything. The proxy is exactly how I had it before, and I have changed my settings.xml file for maven. I have no idea what could be blocking it.
