- [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement.
### Description
I find we have reverted the `JsonTypeInfo` in #10276, this is not a good practice, use json will make the api lose readable.
We need to revert this, can for taskParameter, we also need to use object rather than jsonString.
