Trailing dot was not removed when remove trailing zeros of timestamp string.

 
{code:java}
new Timestamp("2026-01-01 00:00:00.000"){code}
would cause IllegalArgumentException

 

 

After removing trailing zeros, the timestamp string become “2026-01-01 00:00:00.” which not matches with TimestampString.PATTERN
