Description:
The project minutes have been kept in a STATUS.txt file at the root of the repository. To ease and promote maintenance, we might better expose this information via the dev website.
The ASF How it Works section has expanded over time and now overlaps with the charter. Redundant sections should be removed from our charter and the How It Works material incorporated by reference.
