This JIRA follows-on from WODEN-12 which dealt with the failure to resolve the QName (due to lack of support for interface extension). WODEN-12 has now been resolved, but comments indicated that Woden validation should have reported this QName resolution failure so I'm opening this new JIRA to capture that requirement.
