[VOTE RESULTS]: Nomination of Peter McCracken for Committer Status






Hi all,

This vote has been open for one week now. I think it's about time we 
closed it and tallied up the results. There were 6 +1 votes (3 from PMC 
members, 2 from other Xerces committers, 1 from the community) and no 
other votes. 

+1 by:
- Dave Brosius
- Neil Delima
- Sandy Gao
- Michael Glavassevich (PMC)
- Neil Graham (PMC)
- Gareth Reakes (PMC)

I believe we have a +1 from all active Xerces-J committers so I'd 
therefore like to welcome Peter as a Xerces committer. Welcome aboard!
