I just finished a run against all probably intact pdfs (~300k) in our corpus. Results are [here|https://github.com/tballison/share/blob/master/pdfbox_comparisons/pdfbox_reports_2.0.0-20151217.150103-1895.zip]
I upgraded the report writer to write straight to xlsx (thank you, POI) so we don't have to worry about encoding/new line issues any more.
