Currently the suggested Instance is ZooKeeperInstance, which requires an instance name and all zookeepers the client should use to be specified. The client could reference just one or not necessarily all of them. The API should be able to get all of the known zookeepers from the system, so we should reduce the burden on the clients for ZooKeeper instance and just have them list at least one to get initial contact and then update the Instance appropriately.
