How to use webservice by axis asynchronously

    hi.
    i am an newbie to axis. i just know how to creat,deploy,and write
a simple client by jbuilder2005.
   i have some puzzle which list below:
   i, when the webservice server( which implement by axis,the same as
following), which receive a remote request from a client,it will not
response another request until it finish this current request.
   ii, the same thing occure with some net server:the server listen
the request,when one was accepted,the server create an new process or
an new thread to deal the incomed request,the main thread remain
listen and response the sequent request.
   iii,i do not know to implements that activity descript above using
axis,which was a way to enhance the performce of server.besides i
write some program to deal the communicate detail beyong the axis.
    i am sorry my poor english,which is not my matherlanguage.
