Question about filesets

I have a directory with SQL files in it.  I want to run them in a certain
order.  In addition if certain ones fail I want to quit, but if others fail,
I don't really care.  My understanding of the fileset is that it gets all
files in a dir based on include and exclude.  I am wondering if there is a
way to create a list of files?
