Usage Sanity Check failed alert type 23

Hi all,

Iam getting the below error in cloudstack dashboard.

Usage Sanity Check failed alert type 23

and in usage records same error is found and the records are not generating
after that.
Please help me i am using cloudstack 4.3.1 and xenserver 6.2
