[Axis2] Handlers on a specific service

Is it possible to have handlers on specific services? Instead of on
every one of them, which seems to be the case if you add it to the
axis2.xml file.

yes, you can create a module with a set of handlers and engage the module
for
a pirticualr services only. you can define these in the services.xml file
instead of the axis2.xml
