[jira] [Updated] (FINERACT-444) Bulk JLG loan not throwing any
validation error if expected disbursement date and group meeting date are
different one.

Description:
1. Create a group with at least two clients with meeting start date 01 January 2016 and meeting frequency as 'Monthly on day 1'.
2. On Group page, Click on Bulk JLG loan application.
3. On Bulk JLG loan page, check 'Sync Disbursement date with meeting'.
4. Provide Submitted date and Expected disbursement date as 02 May 2017. and select both clients and click on Submit button.
> Clicking on 'Submit' button leading to nowhere.
>Expected: As meeting date and Expected disbursement date are different, it should not allow to submit and should throw proper validation error message:"Expected disbursement date is not valid meeting date".
