Small errors into build.xml from branch SLIDE_1_0

Hi,

I have found some small errors into build.xml file from branch SLIDE_1_0 :

-> wrapper target needs dist/slide/wrappers directory to exist so
    either it have to create the directories if they do not exist
    or it has to depend on dist (that create them) rather than main

-> catalina-dist target depends on webapp-dist
