In the sprints table, the field completed_date and ended_date value logic are reversed
### What do you expect to happen

### How to reproduce
In Zen Tao, create a "design" iteration and set the planned start time to be 2023-08-24, the planned end time to be 2023-08-24, the actual start time to be 2023-08-23, and no time end time to be set. As shown in the figure:
After collecting the data, look at the sprints table and see that completed_date is 2023-08-24 08:00:00 + 08, ended_date is null.
According to the requirements, the expected effect is: completed_date is null, ended_date is 2023-08-24 08:00:00 + 08 .
