patch-log4j-1664-diff: a first patch to reenable the tests that were ignored, to improve testClassNotFoundErrorLogger so that it doesn't swallow exceptions other than the one it tests, and finally to remove the unneeded jboss-jms-api_1.1_spec dependency from the OSGi test pom.
