insert new portlet

Hi
i Have built a portlet based on IframePortlet.
When inserting ito the portlets browser i do not seem to get the parent set to IframePortlet.
If i look at the BasicAuthPortlet it has ref and Iframeportlet set as Portlet Information.
I can not set this there is no IframPortlet option in the drop down menu so what im i doing wrong !.
