[GitHub] [incubator-paimon] hzjhjjyy opened a new issue, #1972: [Feature] Allow dynamic configuration of 'continuous.discovery-interval' using hints in Flink lookup joins.

hzjhjjyy opened a new issue, #1972:
URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-paimon/issues/1972

   ### Search before asking

   - [X] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-paimon/issues) and found nothing similar.

   ### Motivation

In `FileStoreLookupFunction`, `CoreOptions.CONTINUOUS_DISCOVERY_INTERVAL` is used as the initial value for `refreshInterval`. For dimension tables, this time interval should be longer. On the other hand, for tables requiring real-time lookups, the interval should be kept as short as possible.

   ### Solution

   Add hints like `lookup.continuous.discovery-interval`.
   For example: `/*+ OPTIONS('lookup.continuous.discovery-interval'='94608000') */`.

   ### Anything else?

   _No response_

   ### Are you willing to submit a PR?

   - [X] I'm willing to submit a PR!
