JavascriptValidatorTag.java uses different version of commons-validator than struts nightly

Summary: JavascriptValidatorTag.java uses different version of
                    commons-validator than struts nightly
           Product: Struts
           Version: Nightly Build
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Struts-Faces Library
        AssignedTo: dev@struts.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rasmusmc1@hotmail.com

JavascriptValidatorTag.java should use the same version of the library as
struts does. It seems ot have been overlooked from the previous builds. It
doesn't make sense to me to ship 2 commons-validator.jar files with struts to
get faces to work.
