Is it possible to orientate the data -90 degrees? Is it possible to

I looked around on the web site and I could not figure out if these features were available in HSSF that are available in excel.
1) Is it possible to orientate the text to -90 degrees in a cell?
2) Is it possible to auto-scale the columns to best fit the columns to the largest data set in each of the columns?

Enclosed is an excel file with item #1 in the first row and item#2 implemented on all columns.
