   Now tutorials use asciidoc level0.
   This makes it easier to create ePub books, but requires reviewing some tutorials.
   Examples of use:
   /kb/docs/java/index.asciidoc
   /kb/docs/java/quickstart.asciidoc
   
   Basically:
   - One level 0 header at the top of the document "= Whatever the title"
   - The rest of headers start at level 1 "== " or greater.
