DirectoryIndex -> /servlet/MyServlet

Hi

How do I setup Apache to use /servlet/MyServlet as DirectoryIndex?

Let's say I have the following url: http://www.mydomain.com

I would like to get it translated it to
http://www.mydomain.com/servlet/MyServlet
