[Bug 3802] SPF: message was delivered entirely via trusted relays, not required but that's false

This can be closed WORKSFORME as the message does trigger an SPF failure, as it
should, as long as the user's trusted relays are set properly.

The reporter needs to add 'trusted_networks 195.245.198.0/24' to their local.cf
file.
