[jira] [Commented] (CMIS-243) OpenCMIS Server Archetype

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CMIS-243?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13049060#comment-13049060 ]

Gabriele Columbro commented on CMIS-243:
----------------------------------------

I tried this one and seems nice.

Would be good to have a chemistry-opencmis-samples and add this in there.

I see license is already Apache v2. Do we need any disclaimer to commit it? (or CLA?)

> Following the howto[1] documentation on how to build a server with OpenCMIS APIs, I got stuck on several issues:
> - depending on an existing archetype (maven-archetype-webapp)
> - outdated dependency names/versions
> - missing apache snapshots repository
> - ...
> Once I got to a working version, I decided to generate a Maven archetype to share my achievements; I think this would be a good contribution to the project in order to enable users to easily start implementing a CMIS Server.
> The code is provided by the Sourcesense gitHub repo[2]; please check the README[3] to give it a try it; I'd be happy to document this further updating the existing documentation.
> Feedback is welcome.
