Align Commons Build and Commons Sandbox Build?
Hi all,
Running into some annoying Maven problems w/ [email]. Dug into it and
discovered that the jakarta-commons/commons-build is quite different from
jakarta-commons-sandbox/sandbox-build files. This means that a project
graduating from sandbox will build differently then expected.
I'd like to change sandbox-build POM to match commons-build POM.
Opinions?

Okay.. I will go ahead and make the changes.. I think, so that you don't
have to check out both, that they are seperate. But, they should still be
pretty simiar in terms of what the basic POM offers.
